Hello,
I have an issue finding any information on a certain carl zeiss microscope. First before I give the numbers, here is a small description:
First of all, the microscope is retangular. It has 2 sliding panels that encloses the binocular head and it can be locked - the rest of the microscope is encased in a metal cover. If you look at the binocular head you will see the view is from an horizontal view. Here is the characteristic that may clue in the name for the read that can tell me what microscope this is - the view is horizontal until you reach the objectives. The objective then directs the view downward to the specimen/object. Take the compound microscope turrent then adjust it 90 degrees. The instead of North, South, East, or West ojectives are like this:
up
|
left - - right
|
down
Here are the numbers:
Zeiss 47 78 10-9902
Model 1166 - but I havent found anything on this!
thanks. |

Dear Help Me,
I'm sorry for the delay in replying to you. The microscope you describe was manufactured by Zeiss sometime in the last ten years. It is a Brightfield, Axiomat, DIC & POL digiscope. We do sell objectives for this microscope, but you would need to contact the manufacturer for service.
Sincerly,
Yury
